Welcome to BroadPost! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://broadpost.co (the "Site") and the services we offer, in particular our social media automation tool (the "Service"). By accessing our Site or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Service.
Founding Member Plan Terms
-
The Offer: By subscribing to the BroadPost Founding Member plan, you agree to a recurring monthly payment of $9. This plan is offered for a limited time and grants you lifetime access to the feature set equivalent to our future "Pro" plan. The "Pro" plan will be our standard individual tier, with an estimated future price of $49/month or more.
-
Scope of Service: Your lifetime Founding Member plan includes access to all features designated for our individual "Pro" plan, now and in the future. This encompasses core functionalities such as:
- Multi-platform post scheduling and content calendar management.
- Standard post and account analytics.
- A unified inbox for comment management (subject to account limits of the Pro plan).
- Standard AI features, including brainstorming and post drafting, subject to a monthly credit limit as defined for the Pro plan.
Features designated for team or enterprise use, such as multi-user Workspaces, advanced collaborative tools, advanced AI (e.g., brand voice fine-tuning), and single sign-on (SSO), are not included in the Founding Member plan and may be offered as part of separate, upgradable plans (e.g., a "Business" or "Enterprise" plan).
-
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund of your first payment ($9) within 30 days of subscribing if you are not satisfied with the Service. Upon refund, your subscription and access to the Service will be terminated.
-
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial or unused months beyond the initial 30-day window.
Use of Our Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You also agree not to violate the terms of any third-party platforms the Service integrates with (e.g., Notion, LinkedIn).
Fair Use Policy
Our goal with the Founding Member plan is to provide exceptional, unlimited value for standard business use by founders, small teams, and agencies.
To protect the quality and stability of the platform for all users, we monitor for usage that is automated (beyond our provided features), non-genuine, or significantly exceeds the typical usage patterns of our customer base by several orders of magnitude.
In the rare event an account's usage threatens platform integrity, we will follow this process:
- We will first attempt to contact the account owner to understand their use case and work collaboratively towards a solution.
- If the user is unresponsive, or if a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached, we reserve the right to rate-limit, temporarily restrict, or suspend access to specific features to ensure service availability for all other users.
This policy ensures we can confidently offer an "unlimited" experience to the vast majority of our users.
